Crumbly looks kind
of…crumbly.
Their exciting trip over, the cupcakes jumped up and down
While their new fridge friends sang and danced all around
Everyone was thrilled with their brand-new home
It was a big cool place with plenty of room to roam
As they gazed around they saw all sorts of friendly food
Everyone bustled about. Everyone was in such a good mood
Candy Cotton shook her colorful frosting all around
Certain there was someone really nice to be found
Yet, one cupcake was not so happy to be here
It was Minty Chocolate Chip and he saw much to fear
He looked left, then looked right, and decided “I don’t like this place.”
“That disheveled brown muffin shuffling up has an ugly face.”
“Hi everyone; my name is Crumbly Muffin. Welcome to my shelf.”
“I can show you around or, if you wish, you can explore it yourself.”
Crumbly’s ragged wrinkled wrapper wiggled with each hop
And from his dark brown crust showers of crumbs did drop
Minty Chocolate Chip bellowed “You awful thing! Go away I say.”
“We are fresh, tasty cupcakes, and with you we will not play.”
“Crumbly Muffin, you horrible old thing. I am not impressed.”
“You are discolored, disheveled, and poorly dressed.”
Minty Chocolate Chip said to the other cupcakes: “Stay in your place.”
“There are dangers lurking about that are too horrible to face.”
